Do you ship worldwide? Currently, our store is dedicated to serving the Canadian market. We offer shipping to all eligible provinces and territories within Canada.

Where are the products shipped from? To ensure the best availability and competitive pricing, our products are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses to your doorstep in Canada.

Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to make modifications as the order may already be in processing. Once delivered, you may follow our standard return process.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

When will my order be processed? Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Shipping occurs immediately following the processing window.

How long does delivery take? We aim to deliver all orders within 6–10 business days (Handling + Transit). While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures or regional logistical factors.

What if I do not receive my order? If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund. If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, a full refund or replacement will be issued immediately.

Will customs duties or taxes be charged? Prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). As items are shipped from international warehouses, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply according to Canadian regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I return an item? To initiate a return, please email us at info@zaezzi.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective/Incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us.

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

What if my item is defective or damaged? Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize your case and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the transaction.
