Refund policy

At Zaezzi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below, drafted in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection guidelines.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us: Email info@zaezzi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Instructions: Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return warehouse address and a return authorization.
  • Shipment: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or incorrect upon arrival, Zaezzi will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please contact our customer service team at info@zaezzi.com to facilitate the exchange process.

6. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • If returned items are damaged or show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount from the refund or deny the return.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import Fees: Any customs duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes applicable under Canadian regulations are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated at checkout based on your province.

8. Address Changes & Delivery

  • Address Updates: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, additional return and reshipping costs may apply.

9. Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, report it immediately to info@zaezzi.com with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
